Specifically, I'm curious about how you find information on local regulations, how you automate the process, and how you make it fast and efficient.So far, my approach has been to call each municipal building to ask about their regulations on short term rentals.

That's what I am focusing on right now is building my brand and finding new ways to get our teams message across. 

We have considered doing what we have always done, finding a nice multi-unit building and purchasing it with a small amount of leverage.
