The front has to have your best curb appeal possible, so no trash, make sure grass is short, leaves are raked, mulch planting beds, etc.

@Karen Margrave Had a lot that was 50 feet wide and the setbacks were minimum side 10 ft, but side total had to be 30 feet, leaving 20 ft in center for house.I appealed for a variance, but there were objections by neighbors.

I live in Buffalo, NY and I have tried appealing to homeowners right here however these people are very closed minded to even try anything new or different in fact if you are not a realtor calling to list their home, they automatically think you're a scammer.
