Commercial is a very different animal than residential.

I did a few extra coats to be safe.

And, it fit with our financial plan of keeping living expense lower than income.The reason I decided to join BP was because the state of Pennsylvania is a completely different animal than Texas as far as the legalities, fees, licensing, company creation, etc.

We're animal friendly so if someone's working late or away we'll take care of each others pets, we have dinners at each others units every few months, etc.

I'm an animal lover (Disclosure).Outdoor dogs, bark bark bark, piss off the neighbors...sounds like drama.

Go to the Dr's and have them label it as a service animal and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Not saying I'm out to avoid service animals, but want to know what we are facing prior to receiving a completed app.  

Wouldn't know where to begin with that animal of an appraisal.
