Are there ever owner occupancy property tax exemptions/reductions that apply to the entire building when you buy a multiplex and live in one unit and rent out the other units?

We will see an increase in price reductions and longer days on market for all the homes that weren't properly priced for this shift, but the overall median price for communities may stay intact.

The taxes will rise, but then over time you can get some significant reductions along the way too.
