I have a few ideas to apply to this and they are as follows: Tent camping and or hunting and possibly fishing, events like small festivals and concerts, photography shoots and  boat and or camper storage. .

In between were countless texts, email threads, cold storage wallets, exchange sign-ups and blockfolio check-ins.

We woiuld rework floor plan opening it up, reface the fireplace, open the kitchen area to great room, make the downstairs bathroom larger by taking out shower (no need for it) Put in large pantry (kitchen has no storage).

Would it be considered commercial space as its used for storage?
