Unit Specs:- Single level - 2units (2bd/2ba each), 2k combined footage, detached with carports and small yards, plenty of off-street parking on the lot.

If it isn't bolted or chained down and it's in your front yard, don't expect it to stay there!

This is also in their lease: No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere in or on the premises, including in the yard/s, on the front stoop, in the garage, or in the driveway, etc.I know that at least one of the tenants does smoke, but I've seen her walk down the street to do so.  

Five borings were taken; one at each corner of the ranch structure and one was taken in the rear yard......The site has very extensive fill to depths of 30-35 feet.
