We look to see the local market through our partner’s eyes and help them spot and rate opportunities and then we help them execute the best ones.We focus on real estate developers and GCs that have a track record of getting things built, but that are not so established that they have a large network of equity capital providers.

My initial thought is to invest this into the stock market (Amazon, Tesla, Google, etc...) and keep doing that for the next two distributions as well, ultimately pulling it all back out, plus the earnings (hopefully) in 3 years time to purchase a house.Based on the plethora of experience in these forums, does the above sound like a good plan?
