@Joe Blakley I'm glad to hear that a better deal fell into your lap and I honestly think that with uncertainty in the air for who knows how long that "C" class town might be better suited to weather a decline in the economy.

When money is created out of thin air, with no actual value, of course, there will be inflation. 

Learned from this project, while CT has market pockets that are slower (Higher End), it seems turn key entry level homes, especially in Bridgeport can be very hot.

Certain pockets are still hot and selling.

This quarantine is really getting some pent up rage out here... please, go for a walk alone, get some fresh air, do yoga... lacking perspective is not an excuse for attacking others online.

This isn't always true, but in this area, where the military BAH dictates a lot of the rental prices and it's a very heavy vacation hot spot, the STR is generally a stronger play.
