I signed up for the PRO membership last week so I can learn as much as possible before starting to invest, but i just realized that a lot of the content offered in the website is not available on the app.

Use apps like MilesIQ to keep track of it.

Foreclosures  ( it works great in Oregon were I live its made me significant money on a few deals mid 6 figures)2. drive for dollars component  one of our fav ways to find deals.3. direct marketing mailer component no more having to put list together get them to the direct mail companies all done on the app in one place.I believe this will be the game changer so many are looking for

Are their good apps/software?

Just logged into my energy app and I'm down 32% since this time last year. 

It's all monitored through an app and I understand it's reasonably inexpensive. 

I've personally worked on about 30-40 different custom Podio systems for various REI companies.There are a bunch of Podio system templates available on the Podio App Market, including some for REI businesses, but honestly I'd suggest just starting with a simple Podio app or two that you build out yourself (such as a "Deals" or "Leads" apps, to store the info you need) and then grow from there.
