I don't recommend you bid on any as a new person.

Look for people that have owned for over 10 years, and get it from them off market even at a deep discount and do the work of fixing it up and renting it for higher, or if you want to buy on market I'd definitely recommend offering below asking, as most multifamily that hits the market in these areas are tremendously over priced. 

Get a top notch Agent to list property and tell owner that there items need done.Your the highly recommended ✋️ handyman. 

Based solely on my experience, I recommend them as a reputable lender.

@Alexander Merritt My recommendation - repeating others - is buying the worst properties in the best neighborhoods.   

My question to you all is how do you go about building a team and in what order do you recommend doing things?
