Since I am starting from scratch I see there is a lot of material to read to get up to speed. 

Those being cinch rings, crimp rings, SharkBite, and expansion fittings.This was our test: Each test piece consisted of a brass valve with a 1/2" pex adapter soldered on, a few sections of 1/2" PEX, and various types of fittings.

When we are staging we are always thinking about the lifestyle (we get a lot of the materials from Ross, target, etc. 

I do a lot of work on various sites, put up a decent website, created a lot of  marketing materials. 

DO NOT leave your investment property without a list of materials and a gameplan for the next time you’re there.  

At the time of the  evictions, the landlord will be required to provide all necessary manpower and  materials to complete the eviction as expeditiously as possible. 

People suggest a podcast or webinar and then give guidance surrounded around that podcast or webinar...but who is there to make sure that person views the material related to the suggestion or opinion offered?

I know this has nothing to do with his seminar....just figured I would through it out there for suggested reading material.  

Even mechanic liens for roofs or any materials that once removed would cause damage to the structure are wiped out in foreclosure... not a lawyer, but have some experience here.
