The IRS also accepts the more common approach of reporting everything through the LLC, regardless of where title and mortgage are named - particularly in single member LLCs or if all members of an LLC are also on the mortgage.However....If you are not a real estate professional, I would not advocate an S-Corp or a C-Corp structure.
