Mutual funds are no guarantee of a successful return; 2020 is expected to be a bit of a slowdown due to global trade issues and anything "trade" has a negative impact on the stock market. 

The outcome of this was a great paycheck, many trades learned, and the motivation to make this a career.

Hello BP - I will be relocating to Nashville at the end of this month so I wanted to get a post on here.I am an attorney by trade and invest in real estate on the side - I currently have a few single-family investment properties outside of Nashville.
