You might check with a local Agent to get an idea of who to talk to to get that information.I found BP about a year ago and I am still deciding what to do.

I like the idea of multi family properties to start with because of the cash flow.

I should add that I am really not looking forward to the idea of showing the house again and searching for quality tenants, it has taken me a very long time so far.  

I'm interested in finding ways to invest while keeping my full-time job with the military.I have a little bit of experience with the "buy and hold" strategy, but I would like to explore the idea of partnerships to expand my leverage.

I would just try finding a duplex and purchase it maybe with an FHA loan so u only have to put down 3.5% and move into one of those units...then rent out the single family and other duplex unit aswell.....all that while making sure the numbers all work out because i have no idea how it is there in Washington
