I have always built my business through  networking/references, look forward to meeting folks on here virtually and hopefully in person at some point! 

With UNR and colleges being all virtual they can live anywhere.

If there were a best location, everyone who wanted to do virtual wholesaling would flock there. 

You see Cardone everywhere because the man is a marketing machine!  

Larger machines are far more efficient, which is a big part of the reason they’re going bigger as they get more efficient.

I suspect virtually all brokers would find a request for a new agent to represent you to be a reasonable request.Good luck
