Help Getting started

James Felder
Posted

Hello BP Nation!  I am a new investor in the Texas area. I am under contract for my first Rental Investment( Duplex House Hack), and should close this week. I am excited about the deal and what the future holds. I've read and understand that getting your books together is a important first step. I am in search of a CPA or suggestions that can help with getting started. I am open to meeting virtually, over the phone etc. Not sure if this is the best way to search, but figured I would post to see. Thanks

@James Felder

Welcome to the BP forums. There are several CPA's here that are super helpful, many work with new investors and house-hackers. Reach out to someone to see if how they can be helpful to you.
