I have two questions:1) Does anyone recommend using a particular virtual assistant company like Upwork or something like that for recurring work? 

We’re a few hours drive from bigger cities so it’s all virtual at the point.

Virtually all hard money lenders expect to be in first place and most want no one else in second place.

I am also looking to do virtual wholesaling in other markets as i can imagine portland may have some competition.

Virtual wholesaling isn't bad.

Not exact, but close enough for a 'cocktail napkin' sardined into a window seat spilling ginger ale on my keyboard. 

I may start doing photographs and eventually include the 3D modeling and virtual tours.

I normally use Zoom for virtual meetings at work so that could make things a lot more convenient to just share our screens!

Eric  its common practice in our area to run a sewer scope on virtually every sale. and in parts of the SF bay area sewer laterals must be replaced prior to conveyance if they are over a certain age. 

If it’s a total dud and neither of the above are viable, then donate it to a church and write off the value against my income.Option 1 above is the best but the difficult part is that virtually no raw land has sold in this neighborhood in the last 5 years so I have no idea what someone may be willing to pay for a lot like this.
