Portland, OR Area newbies!

Hello!

I am a Portland native who is looking to get into Real Estate wholesaling. I am just wanting to begin the process of networking and growing a buyers list, as well as getting some JV deals. I am also looking to do virtual wholesaling in other markets as i can imagine portland may have some competition. Also does anyone know what local meetup groups are good to join??

Cheers!

Taj, if you haven't already, check out the Rare Bird Investor Network (https://rarebirdinvestors.com).  They have a monthly meeting that is great for starting out. Good luck!!
