I just recently completed and sold my 1st flip and learned some valuable lessons even though I have been involved in Real Estate for the past (20) years!

I think @Stewart Guthrie makes a valuable point about expanding your networking opportunities within the business community, and it sounds like you have a couple interested gentlemen to meet with there already.

Let me start by saying my first wholesale deal was unsuccessful for a couple of reasons, but this post is about another valuable education that I got from the experience.
