Our loans are 10 year with 1 rate reset, 30 year amm on both terms (so second reset the term resets to 30 years, it doesn't stay at 25 years left from initial 5 year), do I know what prices will be in 2 years, no clue, do I think the greater Portland market will be worth more (rent values and value) in 10 years...yeah, that is a bet I will take as I know I can operate cheaply and have quality workforce and B properties.Be cautious but not paralyzed and raise cash!!!

The problem is most investors have no clue and think paying more money (in this case multiple times more) results in outcomes that warrant the cost.

It is THE most asked question on BP, and many people have no clue as to where to find sources.

You want to get as full a picture of what's going on in their life so that you can build rapport and also pick up on clues on their motivation and goals.I personally don't see how people can follow a script because that really isn't the purpose of the call.

I have no CLUE as to what content marketing is or how it works.. but if you can generate leads and calls as described above with little to no money and just elbow grease that sounds pretty good.. not sure if its real.. but heck I dont know.On the train from seattle back to PDX today nice way to travel I 5.lastly remember as I stated the target your going for is VERY VERY small if you get one or two deals a year I would consider that a success

I get a kick out of it when people say it to me down here in VA, they don't have a clue. 

Land owners (sellers) are protected because they hold certain rights that our society must rely upon to advance socially and economically.Most on BP approach real estate as if it were personal property, without a clue as to what real estate is, the reason we hold title land differently than we do to a car or some new shoes.

Didn't get any deals but it was my first go round and I had no clue what I was doing haha.
