Zero activity.I'm now looking to RE-characterize my IRA back into a traditional IRA, to roll it into my 401k and use it that way for my RE purchases.Question is this; recharacterizing a traditional into a Roth triggers a taxable event.

I think a localized event like a tech bust or a more worldwide event could cool off the economy enough to trigger some severity of recession (whether it be typical or extreme).

Really only portfolio lenders will be okay with  you closing in an LLC.You can put the title in your LLC with the risk being it can trigger the due in full clause and the bank can call the entire loan due.I have never heard of a bank calling the loan due when the payments are being made every month.
