Placing my rental under an LLC
I recently refinanced my rental property for capital for my next deal. I would like to place my rental under an LLC but I'm receiving a little push back from my bank. I want to find a way around this, so I would like to know if it's possible to keep the mortgage under my name but place the actual rental property under the LLC? If so, how would I do this? If not, what steps should I take in the future to place my next rental under and LLC?
Thanks.
