Just stared reading Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene and I want to survey all of you!

I considered investing OOS at first too bc of the prices on Maui but ended up being D class rentals here instead and so far that has worked well for me.But I may go OOS in the future, and when I do I will read Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene.

I recently read David Greene's book Long Distance Real Estate Investing and was amazed by all the concepts and strategies it was filled with.

I own out of state properties as well as local properties and use property management on both.I suggest you get a book like David Green’s book on long distance real estate investing.

If you have avocado green fixtures in the bathroom, perhaps an update is needed, but if everything is neutral and in good shape...it may not be worth it.
