Of course, control your lifestyle, but you might have more expenses.You'll need to keep up with your real estate properties, e.g. remodels and maybe 1031's to handle your tax liability.I still contend to expand into other investment avenues, especially more passive and perhaps "less complicated" tax liability situations.Good luck.

We are looking for a letter of some sort explaining the process and benefits (better than raising rent, environmentally friendly, simple billing as payment adds to next rent rather than 3rd party) We would like to replace faucets/showers/toilets with low flow options to help curbs costs as well.

It's a 4 BD 1.5 Bath with a detached garage ... that at one time had a toilet in.She has been receiving the every day letters from the Trustee Company she is slightly panic with the date of foreclosure in October 2017..Her current amount owing is $147000.

First, prior to the tenant occupying the property, this house was majorly rehabbed with new carpeting in living room, new luxury tile in kitchen, new appliances, new bathroom (tile, floors, cabinet, toilet, etc.), hardwood floors were immaculate and the entire house was painted top to bottom.These tenants have been very physically hard on the property.

I know 1.5 bath houses don’t sell as well as 2 bath, but I really don’t think trying to dry the basement bath out and remodel it is worth the expense and time.
