I was tired of hearing about horror stories from the past and told her to start giving me solutions instead.

I am tired of punching a clock and making other people money.

You also have to take into account licensing, insurance, taxes, overhead, vehicle costs, such as tires, oil changes, breakdowns, etc...  

You'd be surprised at how often a seller will take on a partner instead of selling, especially tired landlords.

To make a long story short, over the next 4 years I went to college majoring in business, got tired of spending all my extra money on tuition (wasn't taking out loans) thinking to myself why am I paying for tuition when I could be investing the money and letting it work for me.

I always know when the "circus" has been through town from the calls I get from people "getting into wholesaling"...they all use the same, tired script no matter who the "expert" was who "taught" it to them.  

The entire state, Waterbury especially, tires so hard to preserve the "wet lands" that development is very difficult.

It was very time consuming and tiring.
