A temp solution is a sewer tape that looks like a ribbon of steel,,,,poked thru trouble area and rotated so the sharp edge of the ribbon cuts the gunk off the walls as it snaps over in the rotation.

It would require bringing in an architect and structural engineer to draw the solution out and we would have to relocate the furnace that currently sits exactly where the rear entry would move to.The other solution is to put in a new drain stack, plumbing and gas lines entirely to where the bedroom would relocate and open the front of the house up again.

Useful perhaps if you have unexpectedly high expenses that year that can help reduce this extra taxable income.Consider this alternate solution: Have an escrow company hold the funds and disburse them monthly/yearly to you according to your lease.

I've got a deal, that was formally approved at like 4:58 on Friday actually, where that was the solution to the wife disputing a bunch of things on her credit at the last minute (can't get a mortgage with any disputes on credit, period) -- his 2015 self employed tax returns were way sexier than his 2014, so boom let's just do Freddie Mac and look only at 2015 (12 month average, not 24), poof he suddenly has the calculated income to support the entire mortgage, bazinga take the wife (and her credit report) off the loan, im-out-of-batman-words closing in 2 weeks.
