The tenant ended up suing us over it since they said they had a moveout inspection signed off on as having no damage, and the PM company tried to get me involved and I simply told them that I hired them to do the management and the move-out inspection was their job so its really none of my business to get involved in the law suit - I have no idea what happened in the courts.

@Tevis Verrett if there’s money to be made in California, I’m pretty flexible, I’m just looking for good opportunities and to be on a strong team, I’m good with putting numbers together and figuring out cost take ups and stuff like that, but accounting has never been my strong suit, I’m a field guy/manager, I know what it takes to complete jobs and make them profitable.
