I'm semi new to real estate investing and I've been learning a lot through books, podcasts, and videos.

I recently found a very good foreclosure on Homepath.com, submitted an offer which was accepted, did home inspection, and then found out that no title insurance company is willing to insure this property because all foreclosures in Massachusetts are pretty much void because they did not comply with the correct notices for one reason or another, and also foreclosing banks often did not even have the papers showing they have the right to foreclose in the first place (they lied about it in court to get through this routinely, but eventually judges stopped letting them do this).

Fortunately we invested in a set of videos that explained the process and offered some resources for this which is how we learned to do everything and knew what to look out for in terms of not disqualifying our retirement plans!

I would do the video course on this site, read a number of books, come to my own decision slowly.

It would make more sense to dump them into Google Drive and then share the link to that drive in Slack.I keep all my images, video, and other files on Google drive.
