What I mean is that if you are sure you can make a 20% return then shoot for that, dont shoot for the 35% that  if the stars align and a lunar eclipse happens on the right day as well you might get.

Product was Good after finally up n running though.paylease.com works with Walmart & (in my area Kroger Supermarkets, possibly others in a different area) to receive cash payments, and a few smaller market / party stores in that backend payment network, presumably western union type network locations.Paylease offers integration with Rent Manager with API integration (automatic), and I hear property boss as well (but i hear property boss charges alot setup for this bundle of services that include this integration) and Buildium and some others via a file that is downloaded from paylease & uploaded to the management software / website.
