The preliminary title report provided by auction.com looks ok but obviously that's no substitute for running my own.We all know QC deeds are toilet paper.

I have always been a land investor as I never deal with leaky toilets.

I did not tell anyone else because I didn't need their negative input.So many times I have heard:"Do you really want to fix toilets in the middle of the night?""

Sometimes they will count a lone toilet without any walls or a sink in the basement as a half bath.

Are they technically squatting now?

We had the system cleaned out again.Two weeks ago, she notified me that "all 3" of the toilets and sinks are "running slow" and wants the system checked again.  

Same light fixtures, same paint, same towel/toilet paper holders, same carpet/flooring, etc.

All appliances are gone, tubs and sinks are there and nice.. toilets are gone.

I am worried they wont take the cash for keys deal and instead squat on the property rent free for a month (I was hoping they would leave for $500-600).Any other options or ideas to get these people out would be helpful.
