@Kyle DeSimoneHi Kyle,Writing a letter will take time and the family has so much to handle right now that it may get put aside.It might be more in your benefit to find out the name and phone of a the relative that's handling things, and go visit them in person (as quickly as possible).Offer an easy quick solution as well as condolences.You may have to visit with more than one person to seal the deal.

I may be able to help you find some solutions or even perhaps participate in some way on these.

It took several weeks for me to learn the solution: The key factor is whether there is a lien on the property.
