But I think they may have changed that just recently. 

Between 2023-25, 1800 new apartments are being/have been built so just keep that in mind when thinking through your strategy. 

Personally we wouldn’t want the tenant trying to find a new person to fill the lease, as we think we have a better idea of who we want from screening applicants and we have a way to advertise for them.

They were looking for proof that I am authorized to list the property for rent and I had to give a copy of the warranty deed or utility statement I think.

But again I think it's best to budget/save before putting the cart before the horse.
