I'm hoping to authentically connect with investors & other wholesalers, as well, who are looking to make some deals happen.At the moment I have a 6 unit in the South Shore for sale that brings in $60k/year Gross.

Would love to find more of these as  our current go to is depleted at the moment.

Online marketing is a major reason why we can sell homes for more money, but the best brokers make the actual homes show better at the moment of truth, when a their buyer pulls up to the curb for a tour.

At the moment my business looks like this:-I cold call for 2 hours a day after work,  If Im lucky during work hours  5p-7p (you didn't hear that from me lol ).

The only real cost I can anticipate at this moment is ernest money in the $100-1000 range, although I know I should get this back after the deal closes.

So, what I like in life is this moment (that many people don't like) : being a beginner!

I'm sure I will have more questions moving forward but I think this is the glaring one for me at the moment. 

There is plenty of more dangerous chemicals out there, the media and public just chose the largest company to fixate on for the moment.
