If you ask the manager to justify a fee and he starts hemming and hawing, move on or require them to remove the fee.

The only thing I ask is they clean the home removing all of their belongings and leave it in good condition.

I was wondering if there is a market for used manufactured houses and how the removal and transport of those houses is done.Thank you in advance for any help on this issueMichael

Here in VA,  you have to turn the title in to the DMV and have the home secured to the land with the wheels and tongue removed.
