I am not married to either structure and the cost, as mentioned in my original post, is ridiculous.

Someone else had posted the same comment a long time ago, it would be worth checking it out to give you an idea.

@Thomas Beard I know this diverges from the intent of your post, but I think there’s a valuable lesson for other investors to learn from your story.
