Are there banking platforms that support private lending and handle these calculations?

- There are issues w/ the platform (e.g. platform tends to favor guests),  but it's free marketing & a great brand to build off.

Advertise on multiple platforms for maximum engagement, but don’t overwhelm yourself with a bunch of unfamiliar techniques.

I've been contemplating starting up a property management company utilizing the Avail platform.

Daily searching on multiple platforms plus realtor MLS leads.

@Cierra Isley look at what furnished finder listings go for in your area and ShortTermRentals on platforms like airbnb and vrbo but try to see a monthly rate on those platforms.

Costar is the best.Loopnet is cheaper, but also owned by Costar.I don't think any of the second tier platforms are better, it just depends on local market and what you prefer in UI.

Hi Everyone,I'm looking to pull the trigger and pay for a platform for accessing property data and hopefully demographic/population data as well.

Outside of the third party agency that has filed my entities in the past, I have also worked with incfile.com - where all necessary information is presented/accessible to you at all times & your registered agent is taken care of through the platform. 

Having a local lender is just not that important anymore - there are lots of great lenders and brokers that have national platforms and can originate a loan perfectly fine w/o meeting at a brick and mortar location.
