The real key will be is the brokerage investor friendly meaning do they mind if you just buy occasionally for yourself and that's it or do they want you selling with clients full time??

I may occasionally purchase a fixer-upper or quick sale if it supports this goal (ie, raise capital to purchase another long-term rental), but that is not my primary aim.My RE specific goals are:-Do 3 deals by the time I am 30. (1 down, pursuing #2).

From my experience (limited to about a dozen properties tested) lead paint isn't in the drywall paint, but may be in trim paint (windows and doors) and occasionally in siding paint a few layers down.
