All mechanics do the same work right?....

I have been looking into Mobile Homes, and Mobile Home Parks since there seems to be a lot of them in the area. 

Appliance, mechanical, or structural repairs or replacement.

Until the back taxes are paid t people had this mobile home before didn't pay it now we have to pay it we need the electricity turn on as soon as possible because we take medicine that we can't be in the heat we are going to end up in the hospital with a heat stroke if we don't get help so please help us to get the electricity hooked up please 

Hello,I am looking into seller financing for purchasing a mobile home park, and I have a question I can't find the answer to.What happens if I buy a mobile home park from a seller through seller financing.

Have any updates been done to the mechanicals?

Out of over 400 mobile home parks we have bought in the past 25 years, we have never even considered buying one with environmental pollution.

I have my first Mobile Home Park under contract and I am nervous as heck.

How do you guys determine what is a good CAP rate to use when trying to evaluate a property, in a particular market?
