One of the recommendations I've seen here on BP is to hire a virtual assistant (VA) to manage the property using the software of your choice.

My background is in building, with a degree from TAMU in Construction Science, and I'm currently a project manager overseeing new construction and remodeling of high end custom homes in Houston.

I'm a licensed attorney that does real estate investing/management on the side.
