To look up the current valuation of your property by Cuyahoga county, go to the web site:http://gis.cuyahogacounty.us/mycuyahoga/faces/MyCu...The process is fairly straight forward.

Go through their web sites and look for mid sized property managers.

What does it mean when it says the property's status is "Contingent" or "Active"?

I get my notices from their web site.

Kiplingers Magazine has an interesting article (pg 72-73 - may be online, but I don't know) in their just published January '15 issue showing 100 cities in the US and an expected snapshot of home prices.

I also recommend and use Trello, a free web site that lets you organize your leads in a visual way and create a sales pipeline arrangement if you like.
