This experience did teach me a lesson that I don't want to deal with tenants, or, at least after listening to Bigger Pockets...........purchase properties and properly screen tenants ahead of time.Anyhow................Hi Everyone!

It's also a good opportunity to help others become better by passing on and sharing what you know.Even if you're with people less experienced and knowledgeable than you are, there are still life lessons that can be learned and inspiration to be drawn.

Normally it takes more than 6 years for smart people to forget tough lessons, but not this time...on the bright side, when the market collapses again in a couple years, journalists will have an easy job -- they can just take all the articles written about the financial crisis in 2008-2010 and search-and-replace "Bear Stearns" with "Blackstone" and "Deutsche Bank".

Call it a lesson learned

I got caught up in the dot.com cycle 14 years ago and learned a valuable lesson.  

And on your first one this is a good learning lesson then if you don't like it toss it to PM..

It doesn't make sense for someone to take less on multiple properties when they have a stable of clients where they get the same rate they want on each deal.
