I sent that, along with a letter explaining all the late rent (from after their bankruptcy, because everything before is forgiven) and fees, plus damage and lawyer bills, etc.

In TN it's considered "ate" on the 5th, but I sent them a email reminding them of the late fee and letting her know of the "Pay of Vacate Notice".
