I have an issue with a contractor. Who said he ordered the material for the rehab but still has not produced it after weeks of saying he did. What would be the legal course of action?

Not everybody wants to live in highly urban environment where most of these units are,   and a lot of people who are living in those units already are doing so because they moved to the area recently for a job,   and/or could not find anything else close in.

If decision ultimately depends solely on minimizing rent loss then I agree with others, rehab on turnover.Kitchen, bath and spruce up should be a 1 month job if you’ve got all your ducks in a row.

So they actually came back stating the payment delinquencies are due to a broken ankle which stopped her from her serving job which was almost half of her income.
