To the others mentioning credit cards, he cannot apply under 18 yrs old (in the US) without a 'co-signer' (adding onto authorized user).

We spent another two hours researching them on the internet.

I imagine the area research would be some type of internet information but I also imagine the research on the turnkey companies will not be so straight forward.

Just doing a  quick internet search it doesn't appear vacation rental property management companies are abundant.
