Ok... question...What do you all think of those programs that are circulating the internet that are supposed to help the new investor to make a go of it?  

These rents were all inclusive of utilities and internet.

I also use a private process server and get rush service - the sheriff takes forever and usually just posts the paperwork and it takes personal service to get a money judgement against a tenant.

I always say a house doesn't sell due to location, price, floor plan or finishes Also I'd be asking local brokers opinion on why it's not selling not a bunch of internet arm chair quarterbacks
