Hire an attorney for an unlawful detainer and be done with it.

I'm trying to learn from my mistakes, including being able to read a title, getting all other information (liens, loans, taxes, etc.), fully researching before I buy a property, getting a lawyer to help in future bids, title insurance, and home insurance.talked to a title insurance company they said my my title search is an abstract does that mean there might be vital info missing regards to more money i might have to pay  ?? 

Remember, knowledge is key to making informed decisions in real estate investment.

I will certainly hire a real estate lawyer to draw up the contract but I was hoping to get some advice from the knowledgeable folks in the forum.

Our next step to proceed in this direction would be to hire a civil engineer to do surveying and site map and that engineer would also see if the creek in the back of the property affects build-ability.  

Usually section 8 department does not have enough data to know exactly what kind of rent is being charge in a particular area so believe it or not landlords are sometime their best source of information for them.

I am planning my years right now and I would like to know who has information about the BPCON in 2024.
