I'm afraid the bank who holds the note (BOFA) could find out and call the note due.

It seems to me that most investors who have at least SOME experience (and do not hold a license themselves) do see their realtor as  a crucial part of their team.

I'm very new to the site and jumping into the landlord business with a buy and hold rental my wife and I are scheduled to close on this month.

I also want to eventually get into buy/hold with multifamily units. 

I'm new to the Real Estate world, but am interested in building a Buy and Hold portfolio.

But, are you referring to auctions that the lending institutions hold ....or are you referring to auctions private companies hold after the foreclosure sale ... or are you referring to pre-foreclosure auctions ? 

Salt Lake has some seasonal vacation demand for skiing, Sundance Film Festival, various conferences downtown.Has anyone had success in holding property for this purpose?
