I am very frustrated and was really counting on REI to get me out of the "Rat Race" as Kiyosaki talks about over and over again in his books and presentations.This overall experience has caused me a considerable amount of anxiety and made me add it to my long list of failed attempts to achieve the financial freedom I so desperately want.

Can get a little complicated and frustrating though.I imagine you could do this anywhere on your own.

I am a huge believer in scripts, collapse your learning curve - model after success.I agreed with all prior posts: be yourself, be honest and let them talk - but if you don't know what to ask them then you risk spinning your wheels, getting frustrated and quitting.

The only thing that is a little frustrating is the inspections can be very subjective.

The property manager is my main concern, so perhaps you should call him to let him know why you hired him and what you expect (rather than having to deal with his frustrating text messages that ruin your day :( ).

Online payments is probably the greatest way to have your rent handled, but I agree it is very scary/frustrating when it doesn't go as planned.Have they been good tenants so far?

Third of all, this will create more paperwork for the city, and someone will have to do the work, and someone will have to pay for it signed, a very frustrated landlord
