I should be pulling for chicago but Illinois is in the worst financing situation and has the worst business environment of any state in the US that I just don't see why any company with half a brain would ever want to locate here. :-)btw: There was a second article today in the tribune that says apple is looking to find a location for its 2nd hq as well.

As well as gain the experience of bieng in an environment where I can learn.

I have never filled out a job application and the only job I have ever done that isn't fishing is a three year stint co operating my fathers wholesale lobster business(4-6 employees, 10 million in annual sales, what a headache).  

This town is currently barely shrinking, but the business friendly environment has recently brought in new jobs and I foresee more businesses moving in.

I am fishing for ideas here, but is there any work-arounds that anyone has seen where an investor can get the property without actually taking residence but also not getting into trouble?

I have a few ideas to apply to this and they are as follows: Tent camping and or hunting and possibly fishing, events like small festivals and concerts, photography shoots and  boat and or camper storage. . 

My passions are traveling, camping and fishing.

Inventory is very low though, so it's not like quite like shooting fish in a barrel (like it was a few years ago).
