The only other one I can think of is waste management/trash removal fee but I have no clue what this would cost.

Waiting for 80% of the principal to eliminate the MIP is wasteful and not smart money thinking.   

I, personally, would reserve $100/mo. for capex in your situation.One thing most folks miss in this stuff is the waste line to the street unless its brand new your going to replace it for 3 to 5k as well over the life.. along with plumbing fixtures etc and maybe even a replumb under the house along with dry rot etc..  

If all she is willing to do is authorize you on the account, she is not motivated at all and you are wasting your time.

They all are having catalytic economic effects.

Quite frankly, I wasn't even expecting to get a response so I can feel the effect already!

I ran into my mentor and business partner because I was brave enough to go to networking events and talk to people, despite being scared, not wanting to drive far, and feeling like I was wasting my time.

Also, its a container manufacturer and will build the home from scratch with new materials so we don't have to deal with some negative effects of used containers. 

If there is going to be any major effect, most serious investors should welcome that.
